Summer’s Choice Booking and Screening Policy
Bespoke experiences deserve thoughtful planning, clear communication, and shared anticipation. The following policy ensures our time together is seamless, respectful, and as special as it should be.
Upfront Payment & Confirmation
Summer’s Choice dates require significant time, planning, and personal commitment. Because these bookings involve exclusive experiences and a discounted rate for my time, they cannot easily be reallocated if cancelled.
A 50% upfront payment is required to confirm any Summer’s Choice booking.
This payment is non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.
Should you need to reschedule, the booking may be transferred once to a new date within 30 days, subject to:

Venue/provider availability
Any third-party costs already incurred
Once payment is received and external bookings are secured, the time is reserved for you and your chosen experience.
What’s Included (and What Isn’t)
The Summer’s Choice 20% discount applies only to my time.
All additional costs — including hotels, restaurants, travel, and activities — are not included in my fee. These must be:
Covered by you directly, or
Paid upfront if I am arranging them on your behalf (these costs are not reimbursable)
Settled in advance, before any bookings are confirmed
This ensures a smooth experience without interruptions or last-minute surprises.
Duration Requirements
Each Summer’s Choice experience is designed to feel immersive, indulgent, and unrushed. Minimum durations apply to ensure we can fully enjoy our time together:
Dining Experiences – A minimum of 6 hours is required. This allows time to connect before and after the meal — our date should be more than just dinner.
Stays – A minimum of 16 hours is required, and the full time is charged regardless of actual check-in or check-out times. Reservations should include dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant.
Activities – These should be selected with flexibility and ideally paired with a dining or overnight component.
Curated Itineraries – Designed around 48 hours, but elements may be mixed and matched to create a tailored 24-hour version if preferred.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Summer’s Choice bookings are non-refundable, without exception.
One-time rescheduling is permitted within 30 days of the original booking date, pending availability.
If the venue or provider is unavailable on your new date, alternative arrangements will be discussed — but third-party costs already paid are non-refundable and your responsibility.
Rescheduling must be agreed upon at least 72 hours in advance to be considered.
Availability & Planning
All Summer’s Choice experiences are subject to availability — especially those involving high-end venues, seasonal events, or travel.
To give us the best chance at securing your desired experience:
Please provide two or more preferred dates when enquiring
Be open to flexibility, particularly around peak seasons or exclusive venues
Allow ample time for planning — the more notice, the more memorable the result
For First-Time Clients
If we haven’t yet met in person, a 30-minute video call (£50) is required before confirming any extended or travel-based experience. It’s a lovely way for us to connect, ensure mutual comfort, and build anticipation for what’s to come.
All standard screening requirements apply.
